Sometimes the square footage won’t align or there is an issue that we can’t fix on our own. Cubicasa’s support team is fast and very helpful. This is how to use their support.

3. Help/question on a specific order

1. Tell them what you need and always include the order ID. Send them the Zillow link as needed and they can usually find the issue.

   

To find your order ID click on the order info

Click “copy” beside this number

And just paste it after you ask your question. You don’t need to say “here’s my order ID”. Just paste it and they know what it is.
