🧭 Overview

This doc walks through the full Quality Control and Media Delivery process in Spiro. This includes verifying edits, uploading floor plans and GLA reports, checking square footage, rearranging media, confirming agent profiles, and delivering the final gallery to clients.

Media is delivered the day after the shoot, unless it’s a Sunday (we never deliver Monday mornings).

1. ✅ Start by opening Spiro > Listings

• Look for a task with a percent bar. This shows overall progress.
• Click the listing to open the Property Website Editor.
• Always click Begin Task before starting anything.

2. 📐 Import Floor Plan & GLA

• Open CubiCasa → go to Order List
• Find the matching address. If the scan has a GLA report, it will have a special icon.
• Scan the layout quickly to ensure rooms are labeled accurately (e.g. “garage” is actually garage).
• Download:
  • JPEG with dimensions (floor plan)
  • GLA PNG images (if applicable)
  • GLA PDF report (if applicable)
• Go to the listing > click Floor Plan > Upload Files:
  • Upload JPEG first
  • Then GLA PNG images
  • Then GLA PDF (last)
• Click Save Changes

3. 🔢 Verify Square Footage Accuracy

• Open the GLA PDF > look at total square footage
