This page explains exactly how and when to use each checklist for CREM. These checklists are mandatory for all shoots. They ensure we stay consistent, protect ourselves, and deliver great work every time.
On-Site Checklist Instructions
- Go to cremchecklist.com — or access it from your iPhone home screen if you’ve saved it there.
- Select the correct checklist based on:
- Type of shoot: Photo, Video, or Photo + Video
- Status of property: Vacant or Agent/Owner Present
- Complete the checklist while you are still on-site.
- Do not wait until later. The form may refresh and lose your data.
- Submit the checklist before leaving the home.
- If you leave any boxes unchecked, explain why in the field at the bottom of the form (e.g., no power, raining, homeowner declined).
- Completion Notes:
- Any extra context (e.g., special instructions from the agent, access issues, etc.) should always be sent in the #completion-notes Slack channel.
- Only use the checklist’s text field for explaining why something was left unchecked.
- When in doubt, always err on the side of overcommunicating in the Slack channel.
At-Home Upload Checklist Instructions
- Once home and ready to upload media, return to cremchecklist.com.
- Tap the “At-Home Upload Checklist” link.
- For each shoot:
- Enter the listing address and agent’s name.
- Check only the boxes that apply. It’s okay if some are left blank.
- Submit one form per shoot.
- Refresh the page to submit the next one.
- The goal is to confirm:
- Files are organized in the proper folders
- Any 3D tours have finished uploading
- You did a final review of the folders
- All files are uploaded to Dropbox
Why This Matters
- These checklists protect you and the company by documenting what happened.
- They help us catch problems before agents do.
- They ensure consistency and professionalism at every shoot.
