How to handle edit revision requests

We accept revisions through text, Instagram, and email. We can fix most edit requests for free such as but not limited to:

-Removing a few things from an image (not decluttering an entire room)

-Adding fake grass for 1 picture

-Editing the bottom side of cabinets

-If we forgot to remove ourselves from the mirror

-Remove car from garage

-Remove shadows from front of house picture (1 photo only)

-Remove water stain from driveway

-Fix coloring

-Removing poles or large items (such as a water tower) from exteriors

-Removing neighbors and other items through windows

We will charge for:

-Editing out an entire room (Object removal- clear room)

-Other complex requests

When in doubt ask a supervisor if we can do something and if there’s a cost. We always are positive!

When handling a revision:

Open up the Monday revision request board and add the address, client name, priority, and edit notes. Be as specific as possible and use specific photo numbers. Even if the client didn’t give specific file numbers then ask them to confirm or you look and confirm for them.
