This is only done when an agent purchases a GLA report. This report shows what’s the total heated/cooled square footage in a home. An area does not count towards square footage if it’s not livable such as:

-The garage

-Front/back porch

-Work shed

-Fireplace

-Attic

-Unfinished basement

Sometimes Cubicasa will get confused which parts of the home are green or red and it’s our job to verify it’s all accurate before we send it to the agent. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the specific order and click on GLA to bring up this view. Red is not heated/cooled and does not count towards the total square footage. Green is heated/cooled and does count towards the total square footage.

1. Locate the area after the “floor” and add them together if there is more than 1 story

1. Look up the property address on Google and choose Zillow (or another site if Zillow isn’t available). If it’s a new construction they may not have it and you can bypass this step. Make sure our square footage is within 150 square feet of the Zillow listing.
