✅ Step 1: Check Your Camera
- Double-check your camera or SD card to see if the room was actually photographed.
- If the photos are on your camera:
- Upload them to the original shoot’s folder in Dropbox.
- Message the Completion Notes channel in Slack and let the admin team know the files are uploaded.
🔁 Step 2: If You Truly Missed the Room
If the shots are not on your camera, that means the room was never photographed. In that case:
🗓 A. Find the Soonest Time You Can Go Back
- Check your schedule and find the first available time.
- This is not paid time or reimbursed — it’s your responsibility to fix.
📱 B. Contact the Agent Immediately
- Use OpenPhone to text the client.
- Apologize professionally and ask:
- “When is the soonest time I can swing by to fix this?”
- If it’s a lockbox, ask: “Do you give me permission to return today and grab that missing photo?”
📂 C. After the Reshoot
- Upload the new photos into the original 01 RAW Photos folder (do not create a new folder).
- Then message the Completion Notes channel in Slack that the missing shots have been uploaded.
🚫 A Note on Requests vs. Mistakes
If the agent didn’t clearly request something (e.g., a garage or bonus room), this does not count as your fault. If it’s a miscommunication, loop in the admin team to handle it appropriately.
But if it was clearly listed in the shoot notes or obvious on-site, and you missed it — you fix it, no questions asked.
