See if the order has either a social media walkthrough video, CREM Signature Reel, or Aerial Only Video | 60 Seconds

1. Go to Dropbox and search for the listing address:

1. Go to “02-Raw-Video”

1. Make sure that there is at least 1 clip that has “_D” as that is the drone file. The other files are iPhone/camera clips. You don’t have to watch them, just confirm that these clips are there.

   

2. If not, then text the photographer.
