This doc is for helping admins respond when agents have questions or complaints about GLA floor plans — especially if they think the report is missing a floor, they don’t see square footage, or the measurements seem off compared to a previous listing. Use the guide below to check what’s wrong and respond with confidence.

❓ Why am I only seeing one floor?

Check/Solve:

Ask if they downloaded the full PDF under the "Floor Plan" tab. The preview often shows only the first floor.

Hey! Be sure to download the “both floors” version under the Floor Plan tab — Let me know if you need help finding it!

❓ Total square footage isn’t included?

Check/Solve:

See if the agent ordered the GLA report. If not, offer to upgrade their order for $59.

Our basic floor plan just shows the layout — total square footage only comes with the GLA report. If you'd like, we can add it on for $59 and send it over shortly.

❓ I need a PDF, not just PNG images.

Check/Solve:

Make sure they’re on the download page > Floor Plan tab, where the full PDF version is available.

What to Say Back:

Totally! Just go to your download page and click on the Floor Plan tab — you’ll see the full PDF version ready to download there and it should say “allfloors.pdf”.
