Situation

If a client orders a package that includes a floor plan (e.g., Pro Package) but decides they don’t want the floor plan, they do not get a discount.

Correct Procedure

1. Do not downgrade the package (e.g., from Pro to Core).
2. Remove the floor plan from the order if requested.
3. Keep the total package price the same as originally booked.
   • Example: Pro Package ordered at $X → remove floor plan → final price remains $X.

Reasoning

Packages are already discounted. Removing an item does not reduce the price further.
