Photo & Video Editing Policy – Internal Team Guide

This document outlines what is included by default in our editing services and what requires additional payment. This helps ensure we deliver consistent customer service and protect profitability.

PHOTO EDITING – INCLUDED FREE:

• Basic lighting, color correction, and cropping
• Auto sky replacement on cloudy days
• Grass enhancement (only turning grass green) for 1 image max – any additional images = $39 each
• Blurring out security signs and real estate signs (done by default)
• Removing reflections (mirrors, glass, etc.) if distracting and reasonable

PHOTO EDITING – $39/IMAGE:

• Removing cars, cords, boxes, or any unwanted objects
• Virtual decluttering (removing items from multiple rooms)
• Furniture edits (stains, scratches, etc.)
• Wall color changes or major structure edits
• Complex edits in more than one area of the image
• Grass edits beyond the 1 included image (as noted above)

If a client asks for anything beyond the included edits, you can say:

“We can definitely take care of that for you! It’s just $39 per image, and we can remove whatever you’d like.”
