Make sure the download type is set to “Print Quality” as it will give you the highest resolution. If the agent says the size is too big they can use “Web quality” but it will make the picture slightly less resolution. The MLS automatically compresses the images but we still recommend using the print quality setting for all downloads.

If for some reason they claim the print quality still is low resolution you can send them the Dropbox link.
